  The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 is both a framework and a certification for an organization’s information security program. The ISO 27001 assesses an organization’s policies, procedures and controls across 11 domains. RRD has adopted the ISO 27001 framework for our information security program, and has obtained ISO 27001 certification for 12 select locations.

We perform regimented checks to ensure that the information security program is operating in a manner that prevents unauthorized access to (or use of) data.

We have prioritized scalable IT infrastructure, VPN access, and other solutions that proved robust and successful during the lockdown so we can continue to offer uninterrupted service to clients.
